Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

(1) The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

(2) The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

(3) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller, namely

by means of a clear written declaration (by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the concluded contract. The customer can use the sample withdrawal form available on the website, but this is not mandatory.

(4) Consequences of revocation: After the revocation of the contract, the seller must recover all payments that he has received from the buyer immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of the revocation of the contract was received by the seller. The same means of payment used for the order shall be used for the repayment.

(5) The seller may refuse to make the repayment until the goods are back in the seller's possession or proof of return has been provided.

(6) The customer must return or hand over the goods to the seller immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the customer informed the seller of the revocation. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

(7) The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

* Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)

* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@yqu.de. Offer items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately promotional items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail to info@yqu.de and send the item to: Edelweyes GmbH, Kaindorf 408, 8224 Kaindorf bei Hartberg, Austria.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Oberkircher Straße 16/1, Böblingen, Baden-Württemberg, 71034, Germany.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
